Keepr is a personal purchase tracker that helps you keep track of return windows and warranty deadlines. We’ve built Keepr to be private by default — your data stays on your device unless you explicitly opt into iCloud sync.
On-device data
Optional cloud-synced data (Keepr Pro only)
If you subscribe to Keepr Pro and enable iCloud sync, the data above syncs across your devices via Apple’s iCloud. It’s stored in your private CloudKit database, encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. We do not have access to it.
Subscription data
When you subscribe to Keepr Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple via StoreKit. We receive only the anonymous transaction identifier and entitlement status that Apple provides — we do not receive your payment details or any personally identifying information.
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
| Camera | Used only when you tap “Scan receipt.” Images are processed on-device and stored only in your local Keepr database. |
| Notifications | Used only to remind you of upcoming return deadlines (3 days and 1 day before). |
| iCloud | Used only if you subscribe to Pro and turn on sync, to keep your purchase data in sync across your devices. |
You can revoke any of these in iOS Settings at any time.
Keepr is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
