Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the Flyers iOS application, published by Capt. Navneet Reddy (NAV-INT LLC, the Developer). Contact: NAV-INT-LLC@pm.me.

1. Licence

Use of Flyers is licensed, not sold. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your use of Flyers is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the Apple Standard EULA prevails.

2. What Flyers is

Flyers is an independent, unofficial companion app for airline crew. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by any airline, AIMS International, or Apple. "eCrew", "AIMS", and any airline names or marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe what the app connects to.

Flyers reads your own eCrew portal data using your own credentials. You must be authorised to access the portal you sign in to, and you remain responsible for complying with your airline's and the portal's terms of use.

3. Roster data is best-effort

Roster data and notifications are best-effort and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. The official eCrew portal and your airline's official communications are the authoritative source for your duties, report times, and any roster change. Do not rely on Flyers alone for duty awareness.

4. Flyers Pro subscription

Flyers offers an optional Flyers Pro auto-renewable subscription:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. All billing is processed by Apple; the Developer cannot cancel or refund subscriptions for you.

5. Privacy

Your use of Flyers is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes what the app stores and where.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

Flyers is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer accepts no liability for any missed duty, error, omission, or loss arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

If these Terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
