Terms & Subscription
Plain-English terms for using PreBrief and the optional PreBrief Plus subscription.

What PreBrief is
PreBrief is a pre-flight briefing tool for passengers. The checklist is operator-curated by an active line captain. Cards are advisory — they help you prepare for a flight but they don't replace airline, customs, or government instructions. Always defer to those for your specific situation.
Free tier
The free tier lets you run one active trip (a trip whose departure is in the future) with the full pilot-curated checklist and every notification. No account, no card, no time limit.
To keep AeroDataBox free-tier costs sustainable, the free tier includes three lifetime flight-data lookups via AeroDataBox. Once they're spent, you can still add trips manually for as long as you like — every other feature stays free. Trip cards can be swiped left to delete or, once the flight is past, swiped right to archive them out of the active list.
PreBrief Plus subscription
- Monthly: $4.99 per month
- Yearly: $29.99 per year
Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes / Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the new period begins.
You can manage or cancel any time at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device, or inside PreBrief at Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; PreBrief Plus features remain active until then.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by PreBrief. File a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Third-party services
PreBrief uses AeroDataBox for flight schedule lookups and Apple WeatherKit for arrival-day forecasts. Their respective terms apply to those interactions.
No warranty
PreBrief is provided "as is". Flight data, weather forecasts, and visa information are sourced from third parties; PreBrief makes no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular travel decision. Always confirm with the carrier and the destination's authorities.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAV-INT-LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of PreBrief, including but not limited to missed flights, denied boarding, or visa issues at the border.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct contact at NAV-INT-LLC@pm.me will be submitted to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
Changes to these terms
If terms materially change, the app's "What's New" notes will say so on the next update. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
