Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern Log11 for iPhone, iPad and Mac, published by Capt. Navneet Reddy (NAV-INT LLC, the Developer). Contact: NAV-INT-LLC@pm.me.
1. Licence
Log11 is licensed, not sold. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your use of Log11 is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the Apple Standard EULA prevails.
2. What Log11 is — and is not
Log11 is a personal pilot logbook. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by any aviation authority, airline, crew-portal vendor or Apple.
You remain responsible for your logbook. As a licence holder you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your flight-time record and for meeting your authority's requirements on how it is kept, certified and presented. Check with your authority or operator whether an electronic logbook, an electronic signature or a printed export is acceptable for your purpose before relying on it.
3. Regulatory information is a guide
Log11 shows recency, medical and check validity, and cumulative flight- and duty-time figures calculated from what you have logged, each with the regulation it is drawn from. These are provided to help you keep track. They may be incomplete, may not reflect the latest amendment, and cannot account for your operator's approved scheme, exemptions or individual circumstances. They are not legal or operational advice, and must not be used as the sole basis for deciding whether a flight or duty is legal. The regulations and your operator's manuals are authoritative.
4. Roster import
If you use roster import, Log11 reads your own data from your airline's crew portal using your own credentials. You must be authorised to access the portal you sign in to, and you remain responsible for complying with your airline's and the portal's terms of use. Imported roster data is best-effort and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable; the official portal and your airline's communications remain the authoritative source for your duties.
5. Log11 Pro subscription
Logging flights, viewing and searching your logbook, iCloud sync, backup and restore, importing a logbook file and exporting in the general format are free. Log11 Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that adds roster and calendar import, flight- and duty-limit tracking, and signed authority-format PDF exports. One subscription covers iPhone, iPad and Mac.
- Monthly: $9.99 per month
- Yearly: $79.99 per year, with a 2-week free trial for new subscribers
Prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by country; the price shown in the app at the time of purchase applies. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. All billing is processed by Apple; the Developer cannot cancel or refund subscriptions on your behalf.
If your subscription ends, everything you have logged remains yours and remains accessible: you can still view, edit, back up, restore and export your logbook.
6. Privacy
Your use of Log11 is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes what the app stores and where.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
Log11 is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Keep your own backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer accepts no liability for any loss of data, error, omission, regulatory non-compliance, missed duty or other loss arising from use of the app.
8. Changes
If these Terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
